Primer gives short, easily accessible lessons for business owners on the go

If you're tired of being overwhelmed by your startup's demands, Google has taken measures to simplify the marketing side of things with the iOS app, Primer. The free app gives business owners quick, crash course lessons in marketing. The mini marketing lessons, featuring insider tips, interactive quizzes and marketing success stories, can each be completed within five minutes or less.

Google designed the experimental app to give startups an easy, jargon-free way to navigate marketing basics. So far, Prime, which launched in the Play Store on Oct. 27, includes lessons in content management, PR and media, and search advertising, with more topics planned. Lessons are interactive and include quizzes, real-life examples of startup marketing strategies in action, and insider business tips.
