Today, women influence 80 percent or more of overall consumer spending.  These mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts and friends are a force to be reckoned with but many brands are missing the mark when it comes to female engagement.  One potential reason for this could be because only 3 percent of all Creative Directors in advertising are women.  As a result, the 3% Conference was founded by Kat Gordon and her team in order to empower female leaders in the advertising world and champion creative talent by offering content, community and professional development.
