Musician creatively harnesses an array of concepts in engineering and science

In a music video titled CYMATICS: Science Vs. Music, New Zealand musician Nigel Stanford takes the viewer through a journey of scientific experiments. His video tells an abstract narrative that conveys ways musical vibrations (i.e. sound waves) have a recognized ability to shape the physical world. As the track continues, the drama of each experiment intensifies and becomes more theatrical. The experiments encompass electricity, liquids, sand, iron, and fire.
