PSFK's 2015 Future Of Retail Report challenges retailers to create custom tailored experiences for every shopper

With the amount of data readily available to retailers about their consumers, a one size fits all shopping experience is no longer acceptable. Shoppers expect to see products that align with their preferences and suit their needs,  and become annoyed when irrelevant material invades their environments. According to the CMO Council, 54% of consumers would end a relationship with a retail if they do not receive customized, relevant content and offers.   create personalized shopping experiences for every customer recognizing that today’s shoppers are “everyone-of-a-kind.”
