The futuristic condo concept was created by the Hyperbody design team of TU Delft in the Netherlands

As urban environments become more saturated and living spaces grow smaller, the need for flexible and space-saving home concepts also becomes even more significant. For years, designers and developers have come up with their ideas on how to maximize space while making it livable and functional for its inhabitants.

The Hyperbody student design team from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands created their own version of a compact, space-maximizing apartment concept. The team imagined a futuristic apartment concept called the Pop-Up Apartment, which, instead of containing separate rooms, features flexible sliding walls that can be moved around to form the room that users need at the moment.
