Retroactively preserve desired audio memories with the push of a button

Kapture is a wearable device that automatically records candid moments of audio throughout a wearer’s day in 60-second buffered loops. The loop continuously overwrites itself until the user taps the wristband to retroactively save a clip. The audio “klip” is transferred to a smartphone automatically via Bluetooth, where the duration can be edited and published through Kapture's app as well as shared with friends via social media, email, or text. The company raised over $150,000 as part of its Kickstarter campaign, which finished in October of 2013, and has since sought out additional sources and reached near a million dollars in seed funding. It is in the final stages of qualification and production, and will be shipping at the end of this year.
