As more shoppers are turning to their mobile phones and tablets as a hub for commerce, there is a larger shift taking place in the way they are finding out about and interacting with brands. What started as a simple Like on Facebook or Instagram follow, has turned into a massive channel by which brands can communicate directly with their customers. It is only logical then that this channel is becoming an important space to facilitate transactions, which makes it easy for shoppers to make a purchase almost anywhere at almost any time, with the simple click of a button, meaning that brands must now ‘Be There And Everywhere.’
