BitBite uses audio tracking and sensors to track and improve eating behaviour

There are a lot of devices that help us to monitor the food we eat, but very few that monitor the way we eat it. Just launched on Indiegogo, BitBite purports to be the world’s first wearable that tracks how the user eats, monitoring and analysing their consumption habits to help them to improve.

Nowadays, many of us rush our food, take long breaks between meals and, when we eat, we’re so hungry we guzzle everything in sight. However, by eating at regular intervals, eating more slowly and chewing more often, you can improve your health. The makers of BitBite have created a wearable that encourages people to do just that, monitoring their food and drink intake to encourage more mindful behaviour.
