In response to growing concerns over harassment on Twitter, the social network has partnered up with nonprofit Women, Action & Media (WAM) to launch a tool that allows people to report abuse on the site. The new reporting system will ask more extensive questions than the current Twitter harassment form, and will also allow users to report multiple abusive accounts at once. The goal of the project is to cut down on the disproportionately high levels and intensity of threats toward women online.
