Team builds automatic bacon dispensing machine with laser printer

If you're a bacon lover, you'll squeal with desire at the latest bacon-related device. For the inventive project, hackers revived the Push Button, Receive Bacon meme of a hand dryer dispensing bacon at The Deconstruction competition. The hackers, from Team Rabbit Hole, conjured up the popular Internet GIF from 2004 by making bacon materialize at the push of a button.

The meme pokes fun at the automatic hand dryer sign by comparing it to pushing a button and receiving bacon because the sign for air looks like bacon strips. The satirical machine was not resurrected exactly but Team Rabbit Hole used the bacon and button pushing concept. The Minnesota-based hackers used a repurposed laser jet printer to create a bacon-cooking, slicing machine that works by cooking and serving up bacon.
