Using ultrasonic technology, the Dolfi could make one chore effortless for homebodies and travelers alike

Many of us — and especially those without in-home setups — dislike doing laundry (quick editorialization: myself well included). Thankfully, a new, “next gen washing device” might just be good for what ails us, and even allows for batches of clean clothes on-the-go.

Dolfi is poised to step up as “the world's smallest and gentlest washing device” by thoroughly cleaning clothes wherever and whenever a user can scrape together a bowl of water, some laundry detergent, and an outlet. To use Dolfi, the product page explains, lazy launderers need only plug in the device, switch it on, and drop it in a simple soup of clothing and soap.
