PeleBoard makes walking on water a reality with its innovative foot-paddling system

Stand-up paddleboarding no longer has to be just an upper body workout. PeleBoard is the world’s first paddleboard that is split in half – a sliding rail separates its two sides and lets riders propel themselves with forward-and-backward leg movements.

The carbon-fiber board is held together by a stainless steel bearing which allows both sides to slide seamlessly past one another. As the two sides move, flap pivots located underneath the board fold in and out to propel the rider forward. With this feature, paddlers can ditch the traditional hand-paddle altogether, and let the flap pivots do all the propelling.
