Ice creamery 196 Below now lets you enjoy glowing ice cream beneath black lights with the addition of non-toxic UV additives.

The creamery uses science at several steps in their process. They derive their name from the temperature, -196 Celsius, at which they freeze their ice cream ingredients into the treats they serve. Taking liquid ingredients and flash-freezing them on site allows the store to avoid adding any preservatives that could alter the taste of their ice cream.
