Somewhat satirical banner ad suite personalizes the museum experience almost too well

The You Museum is a virtual media installation that blurs the lines between commerce and art. It’s the brainchild of Toronto-based Jeremy Bailey, a media satirist who performs live and via the Internet to point out the strange extremes of media culture in the 21st century.

For the You Museum, Bailey wanted to create an individualized banner ad suite that delivered targeted images to individuals and create “the world’s first and only personalized museum that’s with you wherever you go.”
