Designed by social media strategist Zachary McCune, the Tide Machine is a simple ‘clock’ device that shows the heights of the waves in Newport, Rhode Island.

McCune created the device, a cloud-connected display, using If This Then That (IFTTT) Surfline reports and a LittleBits circuit.
