You can now take control of a line of jets with Granary Squirt app version of the classic game

People can now take control of the fountains at Granary Square in London with a new smartphone app. It enables them to play the classic game Snake in the large open space at King’s Cross. Developed by The Fountain Workshop, a team of dedicated designers, artists and engineers, ‘Granary Squirt‘ allows anyone with a smartphone to control and play with the fountains.

The team was led by David Bracey and Ben Hampshire, who created the app for their client, King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership. For Granary Squirt, they made sure that each of the 1,080 fountains and lights could be individually controlled and developed the app by building on their unique web-based fountain control system.
