The members of New York’s private coworking space Neuehouse have organically guided the community’s newest initiative, an innovation cycle that marries production and real-time user feedback. Over the course of nine months, Master & Dynamic worked directly with their ideal audience to design, test, perfect and market their product; the resulting collection of noise-isolating high-tech microphones demonstrated the power within a crowdsourced manufacture process.
