The 140 characters limit on Twitter has been translated into 12-second audio clips by a new app called Chhirp. With Chhirp, users will be able to share soundbites instead of just boring old text to eager followers. The Chhirps will be easy to listen to on both the Twitter page and app or on Chhirp’s own newsfeed.
