BOMP’s Essence is the winner of eVolo magazine’s 2015 Skyscraper competition, which calls for designers worldwide to submit concepts for futuristic urban towers.

The Essence skyscraper reintroduces nature to the concrete-and-asphalt world of modern cities. Placed in an urban center, it would contain eleven different natural landscapes in interior gardens. Its mission is to provide a way to escape the complex, dehumanizing influences of urban life with a conveniently located outdoor escape that goes several steps beyond a trip to the local park.
