Buster Bulbs combines the energy efficiency of an LED light with the beauty of an Edison filament bulb

While LED lamps may be the most energy-efficient bulbs on the market, they usually aren't the prettiest. But London design firm Buster + Punch took it upon themselves to create the world's first designer LED bulb, The Buster, a teardrop bulb with a metallic finish.

The bulb is made from a patented crystal resin and a metallic-tinted glass cover, which gives it its unique look. The resin light pipe in the center of the bulb allows it to both give off an ambient light as well as a more focused spotlight effect as well, while only using 3 Watts of energy.
