Frost Glass Creates Furniture That Looks Like Cubes of Illuminated Fog

These low tables from Nendo and Glas Italia have a glow all their own

Lighting is an area of continual innovation, and it’s surprising that none of that has rubbed off on furniture design. But recently, Japanese designer Nendo (whose experimental work with office furniture we’ve covered before) has found a surreal and stunning intersection between furniture and light, creating three glass pieces for Glas Italia that appear pulled from a rainbow.
