SITA's bag-tracking product BagJourney helps reassure travelers

SITA’s BagJourney tracks a traveler’s baggage while in transit, and is currently being marketed to airports and their administration as an extra service they can provide to customers.

If you’ve sent packages over the past two decades, you’re almost certainly familiar with the parcel tracking services used by UPS, USPS and FedEx to help senders and receivers watch the progress of their packages. Although they don’t make accurate, on-time delivery more likely, they do relieve much of the tension of trusting our parcel to a third party.
