A retrofitting Digitock attachment will update any existing watch into a connected one

Digitock is a patch that will stick to the backside of a watch. Inside the thin sheet is a battery, health monitors, a way of connecting to your phone and a vibrating component. The goal of the Digitock is to give existing watches added functionality without the need to buy an entirely new device. But unlike other smart watches, the Digitock isn’t pushing for a new, smaller screen on the wrist. The creator believes the smartphone screen is more than enough.

Many people have invested in beautiful timepieces and the incoming tide of wrist wearables can render them archaic. The Digitock isn’t meant to replace a traditional watch but upgrade it. It is also meant to help with focus and not distract the wearer.
