Suntory Whisky fashions slow-melting and polished ice cubes that mirror its style

Full-service Tokyo advertising agency TBWA\Hakuhodo has transformed ice cubes into artistic masterpieces in a campaign for Japan’s Suntory Whisky called 3D on the Rocks.

The agency used a computer controlled cutting machine called a CNC router and a process resembling inverse 3D printing to carve designs in blocks of ice.
