J.Crew's latest collaboration is here and it's designed by a little girl called Mayhem

Like many kindergarteners, Mayhem (a nom de plume) loves crafts and loves to play dress-up. But unlike many kids her own age, combining these two loves has resulted in a 10-piece capsule collection for J. Crew’s children’s line, called Little Mayhem, forJ. Crew.

To rewind slightly, Mayhem (with the help of her mother) has a blog, Fashion By Mayhem, and an Instagram following of over 480,000 as a result of the paper dresses she creates with her mother. Some of the most viral posts are those of Mayhem modeling paper replicas of 2014 Oscar dresses. Last December her mother, Angie Keiser, announced that J. Crew’s creative director and president Jenna Lyons had sent an email asking if they wanted to collaborate.
