According to its developers, a Zoku apartment could be the end of the traditional hotel room as it shifts the focus from the bed to the living and working spaces.

The Zoku Loft has all the accessories for you to live there with a small table that serves as both a work area, table, and a game night board with your friends. The goal was to have you arrive into the loft and feel both at home and ready to get to work in the same space without losing productivity, and to feel comfortable enough to invite in friends or colleagues when that’s called for.
