Circle Training's social media campaign helps put a face and stop to youth unemployment

Employment statistics for young people, especially in the U.K., are grim, with unemployment figures hitting 1 million in 2011. The currently unemployed are often taught to view themselves as at fault for their situation, but the truth is that there are many other parties that need to be taken to task. One employment nonprofit called Circle Training is now using Twitter to directly appeal to employers to hire more young people in a campaign called The Jobless Generation.

Along with the innovative training course that they offer, they hope to empower disadvantaged young people who feel shut out and change the discourse around unemployment.
