Ben & Jerry’s is using ice cream to draw attention to the issue of climate change. A new flavor aims to raise awareness ahead of the Paris Climate Summit in December and calls for people to demand action from our nation’s leaders. Save Our Swirled (SOS) is a tasty call to action, the raspberry ice cream features marshmallow and raspberry swirls with dark and white fudge ice cream cones. The pot also features a message that rings true for both ice cream and climate change, “If it’s melted, it’s ruined.”
