UNICEF and the H&M Conscious Foundation are using a new cryptocurrency to engage kids and develop global Early Childhood Development programs

There are countless ways for adults to show a little humanity and give back to their fellow man; thousands upon thousands of charities and programs exist across a myriad of fields for grownups to donate to. Today there is a collaboration between UNICEF and the H&M Conscious Foundation which now allows children to exhibit some compassion as well.

The Unicoins campaign makes use of a new type of cryptocurrency designed solely to be spent on supporting supplies for Early Childhood Development (ECD) programs in underserved communities. As part of the broader collaborative Global Program for Education between the two organizations, this is an innovative way of engaging kids at an early age in a cause they can relate to.
