RealSavvy streamlines home search, discovery and buying for real estate agents and owners alike

Today’s home buyers most likely have three apps on their mobile devices while searching high and low for their dream digs: Zillow, Trulia and Keller Williams. Now it’s time to add RealSavvy to that list. From $300,000 DIY vintage fixer-uppers in California to $1.5 million horse ranches in Texas, RealSavvy is a house hunter’s dream when it comes to finding a home you may want to buy.

Think of RealSavvy as Pinterest for real estate. To get started, prospective home buyers take a home quiz. First, they are asked what city they are looking to buy in and they are shown the average cost of a home there. Next, they are then asked who will be living with them: family, friends and pets are all options. From there, they are asked what type of home they are looking for: modern, traditional or eclectic. Lastly, buyers are asked if they are looking for a starter home, an upgrade on their existing home or a dream home. Pricing tools by each category are integrated into each step.
