Budding Tattoo Artists Take to “Skin” Paper for Practice

A limited edition sketchbook by Tattoo Art Magazine features pages that simulate the texture and feel of human skin

Brazilian publication Tattoo Art Magazine, in collaboration with the Lew/Lara TBWA agency, created a sketchbook to help novice tattoo artists develop their skills. The Skin Book is made up of pages that resemble the texture of human skin. It enables beginners to test their ideas and create works of art without the usual substitutes such as fruit, animal skin, or friends.
