Virgin Hotels customers can order Gap clothing and merchandise straight to their room

Gap and Virgin Hotel Chicago are exceeding expectations with a unique partnership that allows customers to order Gap merchandise straight to their hotel room.

“Through ongoing conversations with Virgin Hotels, we saw a unique opportunity to bring Gap's on-trend styles and apparel essentials to the needs of traveler who may want new outfit options or need something new once they researched their hotel,” said Tricia Nichols, Global Lead of Consumer Engagement and Partnerships for Gap.

The process is simple. When the customer reserves the merchandise they want to buy using Gap’s Reserve in Store feature, the concierge at Virgin Hotel is notified of the purchase. The Virgin Hotel staff then delivers the merchandise to the customer’s room.
