An exhibit at La Milk Factory in France showcased 10 leading-edge lacteal reinventions

Got milk? A recent exhibit at La Milk Factory, Designers Reinvent Milk, has plenty to go around—in the form of recyclable bowls, udder fountains, and more.

“The exhibition is about a daily product and shows how designers can help thinking about next steps,” its curator, Claire Fayolle, tells PSFK. “It is all about the role of the designer.”

In partnership with La Milk Factory (the creative lab of the French Dairy Interbranch Association) Fayolle recruited eight professional designers and students at two design schools to rethink milk—in any form from a product to a recipe to practices in dairy consumption.
