Now into its fifth iteration, Shutterstock's Hack to the Future bash is a company-wide exploration of employee connection and service ideation

In respect to its origins as an overnight creation, Shutterstock hosts an annual innovation event appropriately titled, Hack to the Future. Now into its fifth iteration, the company is well-versed in how to organize and run the event with over 600 participating employees dispersed across the globe with offices in New York, Montreal, London, Chicago, Berlin, Los Angeles, Dallas and San Mateo to name a few.

With an ultimate goal of employee collaboration and content creation, contestants are given several constraints so as to establish a standardized degree of fair play within the Shutterstock bash.
