A YO! Home optimizes on space while minimizing the design aesthetic of those living in it

A YO! Home offers multifunctional spaces via a combination of minimalist design and attention to detail. As another iteration of the growing trend in home design of doing more with less, it's a new take on manufactured homes.

The process of building a YO! home allows homeowners to optimize each space and each piece of furniture in it. One example is a living room with a sunken leg space that converts into a bed when needed, eliminating the need for a separate guest room.

A “pocket kitchen” occupies a two-foot-deep wall cabinet that resembles a bedroom closet more than an independent room, granting the square footage usually taken up by a kitchen to the general-purpose living space.
