MUJI, the Japanese home goods and furniture brand that prides itself on minimalism and simplicity, has built a cult-like following for its products around the world. Expanding its retail business globally, and producing a line of prefab “Vertical Houses” in Japan, MUJI recently announced it will be offering a series of tiny homes called MUJI Hut.

Unveiled at Tokyo's annual Design Touch event, the collection of micro-homes are designed to explore sustainable living through minimalism.
