A Personal Assistant for Filing Taxes on the Move
An app creates a digital archive for filing taxes using cloud storage
Cloud storage and online drives makes it easier to keep track of important documents and access them from anywhere. But not every important document has made the transition from physical to digital. In fact, many important physical documents need organizing for the purposes of paying taxes, keeping track of finances and meeting payment deadlines. The Italy-based team behind Quokky hopes to make the process of organizing both digital and physical document more seamless.
Quokky comes equipped with Q-Magic, a system that can scan documents (like pictures and PDF files). Users can take a picture of a physical document or select one from Gmail, Dropbox or a photo gallery. Once users tap the Q-Magic button, the documents gets scanned and archived into the appropriate folder.
