As a leading business in the beauty industry, Sephora continues to influence a number of spheres from high-fashion runway shows to emerging beauty bloggers. Now, the company hopes to foster success within ambitious businesses specifically led by women. Sephora Accelerate will select a few beauty businesses—defined as businesses creating everything from cosmetic products to tech items—to participate in a week-long bootcamp, receive guidance from industry and startup experts, and take home a special grant.
