At the Sundance Film Festival, an art installation let visitors send mini stories

Airbnb continues to focus on unique experiences, particularly what makes each neighborhood unique from the other. For this year’s Sundance Film Festival, the company presented an interactive piece by Brendan Dawes that encourages visitors to share their own views of their favorite neighborhoods.

“Local Murmurs” was commissioned by Civic Entertainment for Airbnb as part of the Airbnb Haus at the film festival. The company’s interactive space featured other installations such as “Portals,” which lets visitors see other people in various countries like Cuba and Iran in real time.
