While there are many romantic places to kiss in New York City — here’s looking at you Brooklyn Bridge, Central Park, and the streets of the West Village — Times Square doesn’t make the cut. Times Square is one of the last places many would choose to have a smooch with the overbearing neon lights, the crowds, giant Elmo’s leering unblinking eyes, a naked cowboy a little too close for comfort.
