Walk Around In a Duvet to Offset the Torment of Morning Commutes
One-of-a-kind suit gives the wearer comfort all day while they're on the go
The hotel chain Jurys Inn, founded in Ireland and with hotels located throughout the UK, Ireland and the Czech Republic, has created a unique suit and duvet combo called the Suvet. Enabling the wearer to bring their bed with them, the wearable duvet provides comfort all day while they’re on the go.
It was created to provide the ultimate bedroom couture, easing you from dreamland to your desk.
A recent survey carried out by the hotel group found that over half of British workers struggle to get out of bed for work. 28 percent of respondents said the sheer comfort of bed makes getting up in the morning an almost impossible task. As Brits are set to lose an hour in bed when the clocks go forward on March 27, Jurys Inn has responded by creating the Suvet to help them reclaim lost sleep with ‘nap-enhancing clothing.’ They collaborated with celebrity costume designer Wendy Benstead on the suit, which enables the wearer to catch up on sleep whenever they have a spare moment during the day.
