One will be surprised to know that in the winter of 2015, even with temperatures at record high, residents of Toronto, Canada still flocked the beaches despite the wind and snow. As a result, this 2016, the Winter Stations Design Competition returns with a new concept that will work for all Torontonians: winter-ready lifeguard stands.
