Booking a time slot for a meeting room can prove stressful during busy days at work. Not to mention the fact that using physical signs on meeting rooms can be wasteful and time-consuming.

Joan Meeting Room Assistant wants to make this process much smoother—and eco-friendly—thanks to an electronic paper display. According to the company’s website, Joan is also 99 percent more efficient than other booking systems.
