HotelTonight just announced Aces, a new in-app concierge service that enhances the hotel experience. The chat-based service connects bookers with insiders who can provide local tips and recommendations, and help with hotel requests, handling anything from where to have dinner, what to do in the area, to requesting extra toiletries or pillows.
Previously launched in limited cities, it is now available for any bookings with a total room cost over $200, in over 30 cities around the world. Users can access their Ace the morning of their check in and can continue to use it until the end of their stay. With its last-minute bookings, the app encourages spontaneity and this new service is perfect for travelers checking out a new city, or those on the go who want to experience more and plan less.
