LiftUp reimagines strength training at home with a new workout device to help users keep track of their progress as well as offer convenience.

This portable home gym features resistance bands made from wooden handles and smart adapters, which can wirelessly sync to the mobile app. The LiftUp app then offers guided workouts eliminating the need to go to the gym for strength training. It can keep track of your reps, strength and can also track the calories burned. LiftUp can also provide progress benchmarking to keep users updated with their workout progress. Additionally, this home gym is portable, which practically means that you can do ‘lift up’ wherever you are and whatever time you please.
