This startup is among the first to offer the ability to record and share holographic messages

Reminiscent of the holographic messaging system seen in Star Wars, HoloVit technology enables users to record and send holograms to their friends and family. Using a modular system for devices larger than an iPhone (tablets, computers and the like), the company’s patent-pending screens bring images to life by giving otherwise flat clips a sense of dimensionality. The technology can project visuals up to eight times bigger than that of HoloVit’s rivals’ systems, with the television screens offering rather large images that seem to float around an entire room.
