Wells Fargo is bringing eye scanner biometrics to mobile banking

Wells Fargo is introducing new security features for corporate customers that allows executives to log into mobile banking accounts using eye scanning technology.

The new authentication features were added to improve both the security and user experience of financial executives that routinely monitor company cash positions, wire money to close business deals, fund payrolls and more.

In the past, that type of banking required executives to carry security tokens in close proximity to the device being used to complete the transaction. These activities and others can now be easily performed from work, home or while traveling.
