The First FAA-Approved Drone Show Lights Up The Night Sky

Intel piloted 100 drones controlled by a single operator in Palm Springs

Intel recently performed a drone light show in Palm Springs after receiving an exemption from the FAA. This was the first showing of the aerial experience in the United States.

One hundred drones lit up, flickered and danced across the night sky in a beautiful display. All of the drones were manned by a single operator, with Intel staging the event in front of a small group of people watching live.
