Socially integrated bot lets you order Burger King online

Burger King is taking advantage of a new feature in Facebook’s Messenger app, allowing customers to place an order ahead of time through a chat window and select a Burger King location for pick-up.

The bot interacts with customers using artificial intelligence to engage in dialogue, offering pictures of Burger King’s products to aid in the ordering process.

Customers can also pay through Messenger, and the bot gives the soon-to-be diner an estimated time that their meal will be ready.
