This airline's business class overhaul offers futuristic comfort

Long haul flights to Australia will feel a little less long for Business Class fliers thanks to the new cabin on Virgin Australia’s Boeing 777-300ER and Airbus 330 fleets. The new business class ensures amenities expected of business class such as seats that lay flat into beds, but with added design elements to take the luxury up a notch.

The seat are arranged in a reverse herringbone configuration, with a 1-2-1 seat plan ensuring that each person has direct access to the aisle. Rather than relying on overhead compartments and under-the-seat storage, each ‘suite’ has its own desk configuration with storage compartments ensuring items are easy at hand.
